Travis Sexsmith just sent over his web video he’s been working on. He’s got some serious clips in there and a big thanks to John Thompson for filming and editing it!

Jay, Travis Collier, Chris Martindale, and I headed down to L.A. to check out the Nike Lightning Bolts art show, hang out with Gary Young, and do some riding. The trip was awesome and It’s always rad to chill with our friends in California. The trip started with Jay and I driving down to Seattle to meet up with Chris Martindale, we got a cheep flight out of Seattle, so Travis met up with us later in the night after taking the train down…

The first day in LA was the Nike Lightning Bolts show and we had a blast. The show was rad and Travis and I had plates in it. The next day, we rode some street and had a night session at the Santa Monica park. On Friday, we headed down to San Diego to ride with Gary. It took us a bit to get down, but we had a lot of fun with Gary. Saturday, we were back in LA, where I hosted an art class with Nike, then we hit a birthday party for Jim Bauer and Mike Ardeleans friend. After an hour and a half sleep, we were up and on a plane back to Seattle.

Check out a random still of Gary on the Apple site. The image was taken from a Vans pod cast and like any big company that knows nothing about BMX, they chose to use the photo in the worst possible position… If you know anything, you can tell Gary’s about to do an alley-oop turndown, but none the less, it’s pretty rad Gary’s on the Apple site!

This is an old edit that Kym brought into the office the other day of him and his boy Liam Fahy-Hampton filming with MTV Australia. MTV followed them around for a day and did a feature of what it’s like to film for BMX… So MTV was filming them filming…. haha.

The entries keep coming in and we can’t wait to see more. There’s still 12 more days left, so skip out on some homework and design some t-shirts! Check out all of the entries we got over the past week… It’s crazy how many people have sent stuff in!!

Al Shantz sent over some photos of our boys from Kelowna, Lazerdick and Geistlinger, as well as a few snaps of himself. Lazerdick (or if you are a civilized person, Andrew Lazuruk) also sent over a dope edit with some clips from the past few months. These guys rip and it’s always rad to see them shredding.

So, after a while away from clothing, we are getting back on it and along with new t-shirts we have new hats that just showed up yesterday! We have two models of snapbacks both in black… One is black on black with the script logo and the other is a black/yellowish gold colorway. Both of the hats have a satin lining with some MacNeil graphics and we are psyched to finally have them out.

The t-shirt contest is still rocking and we’ve been getting so many submissions… We’ll post a gallery later today with this weeks entries.
