Our good friend Chris Martindale had his first session on his sleeve the other day. Prior to this, Chris didn’t have any tattoos and definitely jumped in head first with his first one! There’s still a lot more to go and I think he’s getting it all done real soon, so we’ll post some more photos when he gets the color going and stuff… I filmed with Chris a bunch recently and I’m just finishing up a webit for the MacNeil site right now, so keep your eyes posted for some shredding from Chris! Yeah, that’s right, I said it… WEBIT!

Kym has been rocking one of the Whitton 09 samples and just sent over some photos from when he first built it up. Kym’s been riding the frame for a bit now and it’s been holding up great! The frames are shipping in a few months and as soon as it’s getting closer to the time they’ll be avalible, we’ll post all the photos and spec… But for now, enjoy Kym’s bike.

Along with Ali’s new HD camera, he’s been doing a bunch of stuff with is GoPro camera. Above are two rad videos he put together in the Unit. I love the side by side stuff… Can’t wait to see what else Ali does with the GoPro cameras!

So, after years of a bad server, we have switched the site to Mediatemple and we are psyched! For a long time we heard people couldn’t check the MacNeil site on certain Internet connections. If you can see the site now and you weren’t able to before, hit us up with a comment to let us know it’s all good. We hope the server change will fix all our problems, so everyone can see the site all the time. If you notice any problems, hit us with a comment as well!!

Kym went out to Estonia for Simpel Sessions and sent over a dope update… Check it out!

I just got back on Monday and it was a pretty cool trip! I had a layover in Amsterdam for 8 hours on my way to Estonia, so I trained it into downtown Amsterdam an had a look around. I stopped at a coffee shop an sampled the finest herbal drinks and whatnot.. Then off to Tallinn for simple sessions. The contest was fuckin nuts!! Everybody killed it and some new faces were shreddin’ with the pros. I personally fell apart in my runs. A couple of mistakes messed up all my plans, but I had a blast seeing all the riders again, and the parties were pretty wild… If you wanted to get loose the after parties provided nicely.

Overall the trip was sick ! I got to spend another 6 hours in Amsterdam on the way back to Van and Tony Maloaf and Brian Kachinski also had a 5 hour layover so we headed downtown together (2nd trip for me) for some sight seeing. I hung out with BK an Tony all day then we headed back to the airport for the journey home…

Harrison and his babe Michaela tied the knot over the weekend. It was a great ceremony with a super good party afterward. It happened at the Sidney Pier Hotel, a really cool new hotel right on the ocean on Vancouver Island. A small group of family and close friends were on hand to celebrate with them.
