Bibi put together an amazing video to promote the contest they are throwing at the Peynier trails. The jumps look like so much fun and it’s really cool to see from helmet-cam view!! He also recently got a bike check on Fat BMX… Check it out here!
Jaumell’s been running a Deuce for a bit and has been stoked on it. While he was on the Re-Session Tour in Edmonton/Calgary, Harley snapped some shots of his setup. Check it all out after the jump.
Pierrick, who rides for us in France through Sunex put together a new raw Whitton with green/black parts. The bike looks dope and you can see the full bike check after the jump.
Bibi, Alex Dropsy and the other Peynier locals have partnered up with Vans to put on a really cool looking contest. Here’s the email we got from Alex. Make sure to click on the link for more info on the official website.
Hey!
For those who didn’t hear about it we’re setting a BMX trail contest in Peynier. It’s gonna happen the 12 and 13 September in the south of France.
Contest is open to everyone. One category and 3000€ to win. Everything is gonna happen on the new line: Stone. Built last spring with the help of Markus Hampl.
A website as been set for that <www.peynierbmx.com> with daily news, pics, video from the trail and the locals.
That’ll be cool to put links and infos on yours websites if you can.
A big party will be on saturday night, 200 meters from the spot. So if you’re not interested in bmx you still can come for a drink.
Thanks a lot and I hope to see you soon in Peynier
What’s up! Have I been busy… I was in Orlando for 3 days doing a BMX camp… I flew back to Woodward for 1 day, then flew to Cali for 10 days, flew back to Woodward, then stayed up till 3am building up my new black Whitton… Then woke up at 9am and drove to the DK Dirt circuit in Ohio, that was a few thousand miles on the US Airways card… DK dirt circuit was a straight sprint for the jumps, which was different… Listen to me different… I mean pedaling for jumps. Nowadays there is a 40ft roll in and you don’t have to pedal once. DK took it back to the early days and we pedaled hard 18 times to the first jump. It was so RAD. I ended up getting 6th and enjoyed the weekend a lot! I hope they keep doing them. Check out my new ride and some photos I took from Vans and Ride BMX…. Laters!
Dillon Lloyd, Travis Collier, Jay and I headed up to Kelowna and Penticton for another leg of the Ten Pack Re-Session tour last weekend. We were only up there for 2 days, but we did so many things, it felt like we were there for a week! Huge thanks to all the locals, Geislinger, Lazerdick, and Al Shatz! The Inferno Jam was rad and we always have the best time up there.
Ralph from Animal just sent over a link to the news section of his new bike shop Grove Street Bikes. They just got in a few cruisers and featured them in their news section. Thanks a lot Ralph.
We also want to thank Dan’s Comp and Vital for featuring the bikes in the Gear Guide. We’re super stoked to see the bikes getting out there.
