You just built up a new bike. Your last bike had two pegs and a rear brake, and this one is set up with no pegs and no brakes. Why the change?
Just before reading this I was listening to Bob Dylan’s song Times are a Changin, It was just time for me to change things up with my bike setup. I’ve always done that over the years to stay interested and keep it fun. Trying and learning new tricks is a lot of fun.

What’s your favourite part on your bike?
Macneil bars are perfect. I’ve always hated the feel of bars growing up and it was always hard to fine bars that felt good. The Macneil XLT bars are perfect and they never bend.

What parts do you go through the quickest?
Pedals for sure, I love and hate grinding my pedals. I love pedal grind tricks but I hate riding with no pins on my pedals as well, haha. Besides that, I don’t go through parts that quick anymore.

What do you do with your old parts when you build up a new bike?
Pay bills.

You’ve been filming pretty steadily all summer before you built this new setup. Where and when can people see new footage from you?
I’m always filming for little fun web edits but this past year I’ve been saving and working on my Sour Fever video part. The video is premiering at CORE BMX & Boards (in Toronto) Saturday October 29th at 5pm, be there! I also have a ton of scrap footage, enough for a full video part that I’m going to send Animal and see what they do with it…

Any plans for the fall and upcoming winter months?
I just got a job so I’m going to try to hold onto that. Just chill over the winter and ride some indoor parks here and there. Hopefully go on a trip or to to some warmer weather.
